When citing any articles from the website on the internet, a link to the original source (subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 Article 1274 Civil Code of Russian Federation) must be provided in the form of a live link to the specific article that is not blocked from indexing by search engines. In print media, when quoting articles from the site, a link back to the site is required.
3. Settlement of disputes related to Copyright infringement.
3.1 The Website Administration has a negative attitude toward copyright infringement on published materials and, in its own right, makes every possible effort to prevent such violations on the site.
3.2 If you are the author or copyright holder with exclusive rights, including the exclusive right to reproduce, publicly display, and make available to the public, and believe that your rights have been somehow violated by the use of the website, we ask that you immediately contact the Website Administrator by email.
3.3. According to current legislation of the Russian Federation, the website administrator is prepared to address any contentious issues within the scope of a pre-court (claim or otherwise) settlement process.

— Details of the representative of the copyright holder who signed the letter (full name, title, scanned copy of the power of attorney; for the general director, scanned copy of the order/protocol of appointment);
— The address of the relevant page on the site where the materials can be found, which is owned by the copyright holder (the URL should be in the format https://look-gallery.com/XXXXXX ).
— Description of the essence of the infringement (why the distribution of this information is prohibited by the copyright holder);
— Date, signature;
— Contact information: phone number, email address.
3.5. The website administration will consider the application within not more than 10 calendar days. If the site administration recognizes the appeal as justified, then relevant materials will be immediately removed from the site.
3.6. The website administration pursues infringement of their copyrights, including through legal proceedings.
3.7. If you wish to use any content posted on the website, you must contact the site administration by email at info@look-gallery.com in order to obtain permission. Otherwise, the use of any content located on the site, including paintings and photographs, will be unlawful, and the website administration reserves the right to make a claim in pre-trial mediation or court.
4. Other terms and conditions.
4.1 The user is solely liable to third parties for actions taken in relation to the use of the information on the website.
4.2 The user agrees that articles on the website are accompanied by advertising. The website administration is not liable or has no obligations in connection to such advertising.
4.3. The user is prohibited from taking actions intended to disrupt the normal functioning of the website.
4.4. The user is warned that the website administration is not responsible for accessing and using external websites linked to the website. In case of any disagreement with these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to use the features of the website or visit pages located within the domain name area of https://look-gallery.com. If this is the case, you should immediately cease using our website.
