The Director of the Khalfin Foundation, Dilda Ramadan, made a presentation at the International Archival Workshop, which was held on August 4-6, 2023 in Almaty. Dilda Ramadan spoke about the project "Electronic Archive of Rustam Khalfin", which is being implemented by the founder of the Khalfin Foundation Ruslan Khalfin, presenting the concept and the upcoming structure of the archive.
